Insurance

Psychotherapists in the Dynamic Path Psychotherapy Group are in-network with BCBS PPO insurance, and will file your insurance claim if you have BCBS.  Occasionally patients with BCBS PPO have separate mental health coverage that is provided by a different insurance company. Please be sure to check your mental health coverage prior to your first session.  You are responsible for deductibles, co-insurance and co-payments. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers psychotherapy, and any amounts not paid by BCBS are your responsibility.

If you have health insurance other than BCBS PPO and would like to see a psychotherapist in the Dynamic Path Psychotherapy Group, you will be responsible for paying the full fee for your sessions. You may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance company for a portion of the cost of therapy, if you have out-of-network benefits for psychotherapy. Insurance coverage varies widely, so we recommend that you discuss your out-of-network coverage with your insurance company prior to starting therapy.

Payments and Fees

Fees for psychotherapy vary by provider.  Evaluation sessions and 55-minute therapy sessions range from $150 to $180.  Shorter 45-minute therapy sessions range from $120 to $150.  If you use insurance, your fees will vary depending on your coverage. Your insurance company determines the amount you owe per session. We bill patients monthly for their portion of fees.  We accept cash, check, Chase QuickPay, as well as credit card payments via PayPal.
